Frequently Asked Questions

When will I know if I am accepted for an event?

Once the application has been received, it will be reviewed to ensure we have space in your category and that your business is a good fit for the event. You should expect to receive an email within a week with more information. If your category is already full, you can be put on the waiting list.

When is the booth fee due? Can it be split into payments?

Booth fees are due in full at the latest 30 days before the event date. A minimum of 1/2 the booth fee must be paid in order to secure your spot. If no payments have been made, your spot is not secure. We will begin accepting payments and deposits January 1, 2021.

When do we set up?

Set up information will be emailed once the event date is closer. For most show dates in 2021, we will be setting up on the event date or the day before. Pipe, drape, tables and chairs will be provided. Please bring a table cover that reaches the ground.
