Panhandle Community Services is a nonprofit community action agency. Our Mission is to work with community partners to change lives and lead change for low-income people bridging the gap from poverty to self-sufficiency. Services include transportation, HUD Housing, Utility Assistance, Healthcare Navigation Services, Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), Weatherization, and Family Development.
